R&D Investment

The KINGDOM R&D team comprises nearly 40 professionals, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, packaging designers, and industrial designers. With extensive experience and an average industry tenure of over 10 years.

KINGDOM’s R&D prototype workshop spans more than 900 square meters, equipped with nine welding platforms as well as lathes, milling machines, and other precision machining tools. This enables us to rapidly design, and validate a wide range of prototype products with speed and accuracy.

We use high-strength cardboard boxes or eco-friendly wooden crates as outer packaging, filled with high-density EPS cushioning materials or honeycomb paperboard to ensure products remain unaffected by impacts and vibrations during transit.

Our professional packaging engineers employ precise calculations and structural optimization to minimize packaging volume without compromising protection. Compared to fully assembled shipments, this approach significantly reduces logistics, transportation, and storage costs, aligning with our philosophy of balancing sustainability and efficiency.  

To guarantee packaging reliability, every product’s packaging solution undergoes rigorous testing—including drop tests, vibration tests, stacking tests, and other international standard assessments. This ensures that products remain in optimal condition from the factory to the user’s hands, delivering every trust intact and uncompromised.
