All KINGDOM products are manufactured under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with strict quality monitoring and inspection at every key stage of production.

In-Process Quality Monitoring

From product design to final production, every key process — including tube bending, cutting, welding, pre-treatment, and powder coating — is managed under strict quality protocols.

Each critical stage features first-article inspection, random sampling inspection, and final assembly verification, guaranteeing that every component and finished unit meets the highest standards of precision and performance.

Comprehensive written and visual records are maintained throughout the entire production process. In the event of any anomaly, these records enable rapid traceability and root-cause analysis, ensuring that issues are resolved at their source and product quality remains uncompromised.

Final Product Testing

KINGDOM operates an independent product testing laboratory, implementing full-process quality monitoring based on EN 957, ASTM, and other relevant international standards.

The laboratory is equipped to conduct a wide range of fitness equipment tests, including stability tests, static load tests, dynamic load tests, durability/lifespan tests, and electrical performance tests. In addition to whole-unit testing, the lab can perform precise dimensional measurements of components, tensile and compression tests, hardness testing, coating thickness measurement, and coating adhesion testing.

To meet the most stringent fatigue and durability requirements, KINGDOM has independently developed and manufactured proprietary fatigue testing equipment. All cardio and strength products undergo over 100,000 cycles of fatigue and durability testing, far exceeding the requirements of EN 957 international standards.
